What a home!

Well its actually a cottage, but not like any other that I have seen.
I photographed this property last fall , it's on a local lake and it is one of the most peacful properties that I have ever been in. The cottage was built by local custom home builder Legacy Homes, and they did an amazing job. Vaulted ceilings, nooks for sleeping or lounging under stairs are nice well thought out features but the sun room is amazing. The deck / sun room is seperated from the living area by a large glass door that retracts much in the way a garage door opens. When the door is open the living space increases by a 25%. When the weather is nice the glass in the sunroom drops and breezes from the nearby lake loft through the house.

The fit and finish  design and location make for an exceptional property! Great job Rob and Shannon
